Message	problems with passing emissions, as long as cats are intact. I am running a turbo back but running cats until i pass inspec. then throwin on the testpipes. Is there a prob. with deleting egr prvr and aiv in PA? Also instead of running a ecu upgrade i have a stand alone (heard different opinions on needing upgraded ecus for these deletes, dont know how this will apply to a S.A.) I have been searching the forum but got alot of diff. answers.
